Sarah Hall wins BBC National Short Story Award

This is the eighth year of the BBC National Short Story Award which is open to authors who have a history of publication in creative writing and who are UK residents or nationals.  Sarah Hall won this year with a poetic mystical work titled Mrs Fox.
