JoJo Moyes - Me Before You

Recommended to me as 'better than chick lit' and yes it takes on a serious subject (no spoiler alert here). The characters though were classic of the genre, except the male was in a wheelchair. Of course the heroine was a quirky 23 yr old who couldn't hold down a job until she was taken on to cheer up this chap which makes me wonder would I want someone with no experience at all doing what she did? Well no not really. Yes JoJo Moyes ticked most of the boxes, but I skipped huge sections of them going here, going there and rushed to the end to get it over with. Good effort, but just not my cup of tea. Interesting she was a journalist on the Independent.
